I need to be clear that I don’t find anything cute or impressive about the two jerks who decided to slither into the White House in plain view of the Secret Service.
What this tells me is that we have a president who has pretty much no protection. Scary!
The gate crashers Michaele and Tareq Salahi want to be famous as stars of reality television. I am all for that. Give them a reality television series and call it “Trial and Jailtime” in the D.C. criminal justice system. This despicable, desperate, duplicitous couple disgraced the Secret Service and embarrassed the president in his home.
They totally overshadowed the president’s meeting with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, the leader of an important ally. The incident made the Obamas’ first state dinner, honoring the prime minister and his wife, Gursharan Kaur, fodder for comedians — and it certainly raises security concerns for other world leaders visiting at later dates.
The gate-crashers need to be held accountable and not glorified.

I’m still trying to figure out why they aren’t in jail. Better yet, why aren’t the people who let them through in jail or if they are, why don’t we know about it? Plus if anything had happened with all the high level officials there… Plus this looks like america doesn’t care to protect the head of the country.
Trust me, pretty soon they will wish they never were born. The Federal Govt. is a force to contend with — always if you’re black, and if you are white, only if you make an effort to pop up on the radar. There will be an investigation into their histories, and the Feds can open up ALL RECORDS — grammar school, juvenile delinquent, adoption, taxes, computer, bankruptcy, etc. Then a left field indictment will come up, like let’s say, from the IRS. Then you will see a lot of FBI windbreakers walking out of their house with their computer. They picked the wrong people (Sec. Serv.) to make fun of.
Besides, it did overshadow the Presiden’ts first state dinner (didn’t Michelle look wonderful?) and, raise your hand if white privilege didn’t play a piece here.
InaHurry, I hope you are right but I doubt it. I believe they will end up writing a book about this and going on the talk show circuit.

Yes, we are definitely in an age of exhibitionism, but embarrassing the Secret Service will never be in style. Of course, the crass Hollywierd set will welcome these two idiots, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they are arrested and led away at a book signing or on some television set.

My theories of how they got in.
1)The walked in when people were probably distracted when the president and first lady walked in.
Or
2)perhaps they pretended to see someone they knew and during a lot of hellos and fake kisses they waltzed in like nothing happened.
Or
3) perhaps the secret service not wanting to have a lot of commotion going on got distracted while they were pretending to argue that someone must have messed up because surely their name was on the list.
Or
4) It was all planned by them to get some money. what sane person would risk jail to do that unless they were hoping to cash in. Plus these liars claim they never got a message saying no tickets were available, all the while admiting they were preparing to go. Why would anyone go to a dinner like that with no invitation. I found it odd that their pics ended up in the news so soon after the state dinner. There were a lot of people there, why were so many pics taken of them.
Maybe I’m stretching but I say put their behinds in jail for such a stunt. crazy idiots watch stuff like that.
