I have a question for Bethel AME church members. Actually I have two questions.
Question #1 – You knew I was going to find out about that choir director of yours because my HickTowners keep me abreast of situations, so why didn’t you just send me the information? No need in trying to sweep anything under the rug. HickTowners are experts at uncovering garbage!
Question #2 – Um, didn’t you find it odd that your choir director shakes his butt at the audience while supposedly directing the choir? How is that behavior magnifying to God or to the House of the Lord?
The 31-year-old music director of Bethel AME, a high-profile West Baltimore church, has been accused of rape and child abuse in a case involving a 13-year-old girl who is a member of the congregation, according to city police and church officials.
Timothy D. Price III was charged with second-degree rape, assault and child abuse, and multiple sex offense counts, city police said. Since his arrest Wednesday night, Price, who lives in Owings Mills, has been held on $1 million bail at Baltimore’s Central Booking and Intake Center, electronic court records show.
Price and the girl had sex on three occasions in his car, off church property, between early November and January, police said. Twice the meetings occurred in a West Baltimore alley and once in the parking lot of Druid Hill Park, according to police charging documents.
The documents allege that one encounter occurred after Price obtained permission from the girl’s mother to bring her home from church Bible study class. Police said the girl was 12 when the incidents occurred. Price confessed to having sex with the girl, according to police charging documents.

Now we have an alleged pedophile sitting up in church preying on people’s little girls. Pitiful! Are you telling me that no one in Bethel discerned that wicked, foul spirit in that rogue?

Yes, that freak is being charged with 2nd, 3rd, and 4th degree sex offense, 2nd degree child abuse, and 2nd degree rape.
We may never know the extent of what that young child went through with that pervert.
Parents, please do not allow your child into the car with a person new to your life. Notice how he so “kindly” offered to drive the little girl home? He is a WOLF who preys on children.

I pray that the church leadership doesnt act soft on this, that they suspend him (WITHOUT PAY)if not all together firing his shaking butt, and dont have him leading the church a few Sundays later. Although it may be hard to direct the church from prison anyway.

Cop, no a suspension for pedophilia is not hardly enough. After jail time, he will not be allowed around children, as there are laws on the books which keep pedophiles a certain number of feet away from children.
Remember, the girl was 12 when it started and 13 when she told.
He has admitted guilt to having sex with the child, which would qualify him as a pedophile. So no, he won’t be suspended. He needs to be banned from all churches and given stiff jail time.

Yes, I try to mix the awful news with a tad-bit of humor to make it easier to ingest.
When you look at the seriousness of what these rogues out here are doing to individuals within the church and to the Body of Christ in general, it’s difficult to read.
But when you toss in a bit of humor to take some of the bitter sting off, well….it goes down easier.

I am still ROFL @ Lynn calling him the ‘butt shaking choir director.’ LOL. And I saw the video interview with him. He strikes me as one of those down low brothers. I hope he also wasn’t preying on the little boys of the church as well.
I’m appalled that he was married with an infant child and did this. And it is very troubling that this girl didn’t come forward after the first incident and CONTINUED to accept rides home from this pedophile. I’m not blaming her for this, but something is obviously wrong, if she was willing to repeat the activity on more than one occasion. I don’t know if it is low self esteem, a daddy complex or what, but her parents really need to look into that and get her the help that she needs.
