Hey Lynn, It sounds like an interesting read. I would have to submit it to the CGBC and then members would vote. Either way I would like to read it. I’ve received weekly e-mails from Reuben Armstrong and truth be told,I’m curious to find out why he supports:
1. Alesha Renée – Host of BET’s “Hot Wyred”
2. Al “CPTime” Sharpton
3. The Original Snake in the Pulpit Jesse Jackson
And the phone bill with Creflo’s # is kinda suspect. Who stays on the for for almost 1/2 hour with a someone who is threatening to “harm” your family and you. He sounds a tad bit cuckoo for coco puffs. But,…I’m interested in his spin on the ministry of prosperity.

I saw what he wrote about being threatened by a member of Creflo’s church. Must say that I wondered about that myself. I ordered the book, so I’ll see. If he comes off like a fake, I’m going to talk about him like a dog. You know how I do it. LOL!
I did not know that your members vote on books. I tell you what. In case this book turns out to be a lot of fluff and much ado about nothing, I’ll go ahead and take the responsibility for hosting the book discussion about it.
If it is interesting enough and warrants it, I might have a BlogTalk radio program dedicated to discussing it, but I’ll see. I ordered it last night.

count me in, count me in!! Chelle, I don’t now. If he’s received threats (i believe I read he still has the voicemails) there must substance of some kind to the accusations in the book. Can’t wait to read!

Praise God for the woman (can’t remember her name) on the Venus cover, who was delivered from lesbianism. God in his infinite wisdom and with unconditional love drew me away from that life 5 years ago after being a very vocal (who me????), and visible lesbian in Detroit for ten years. I even attended a “gay” church, with a gay “pastor”, gay “leadership”, gay “choir”-I think you get the idea.
He is an awesome God!!
