What in the world possessed you to allow yourself to be photographed, face down, behind up, scrubbing away at this old biddy’s Hollywood star with a blasted toothbrush for heaven’s sake???
Hicktown, I’m really trying to keep from cussin here, but I am down right upset, mortified, deeply offended and embarrassed that this clown would allow herself to become the poster child for the modern day Jigaboo. This wasn’t even a joke as far as I’m concerned. Ain’t nothing funny about a Black woman looking like a professional toilet cleaner who loves every minute of it. I pray I don’t see Sherri Shepard on the streets of NYC, because I may catch a case, trying to slap some blasted sense into her. This pic by the way is in this month’s issue of Life & Style magazine and all over the Internet as you can see HERE. I need to lower my blood pressure now behind this Tom Foolery.

She has some really bad self esteem issues. It’s sad to see people who don’t have enough respect for themselves that they would stoop beneath their dignity, this way. She probably thinks that this is the only way that she will ever “make it” in Hollyweird and that this kind of foolishness is the best that she deserves. I wish someone would pull her aside and let her know what a disgrace she is making of herself and that she is bucking against all of the progress that black women have made through the years. So sad.
This is a$$ kissing at it’s finest! I share Diva’s mortification. 2thehilt, you have hit the nail on the head. I believe that she has a combination of poor self esteem and that she has bought into playing the Hollyweird jiggaboo game. Sad indeed.
She is a embarrassment to black women. I say that because society will use that one picture and try to paint all black women with the same brush. In the same way they have tried to say Michelle Obama represent angry black women.
Her momma needs to knock that weave off her head for that. Monday she is going to go to work and plaster that fake behind smile on her face and make jokes about how ‘cute’ that was. This is exactly why I don’t watch that show.
Pitiful….guess she needs a job that badly.
I agree with you all. If she wanted to joke in this way, at least be cleaning the star of Halle Berry, Denzel Washington or Sidney Portier. It would have shown respect for one of her own.
I lost respect for “Sister Sherri” a long time ago, she was a boldly professing Christian, then started making all these compromises. I watch the View, but not because of her cause she rarely has anything relevant to say, but because I find Whoopie interesting(not that I agree with much of what she says) you gotta give it to her(Whoopie)she’s far more intellegent than I ever thought her to be, and I love the way Whoopie tells off that smart mouth racist Elizabeth with a smile on her face. LOL
I don’t watch the show and definitely don’t plan on tuning in to it now. I am glad to hear that Whoopie holds her own against that Hasselbeck racist. I hear that she is a handful. I hope Sherie Shepard has gotten bombarded over her toothbrush stunt.
