Ohio Man who represents himself fakes heart attack in court and gets 42 years

by Deputy Diva

This is something straight out of America’s Dumbest Criminals.  33-year old Keison Wilkins, acted as his own lawyer during a felonious assault trial.   Apparently things were not going so well for him in court, so he feigned a heart attack in the middle of questioning a witness.  The judge however, didn’t buy it, even more so after deputies examined him and managed to elicit a response through smelling salts and ammonia sticks.  In fact, the judge continued the trial with Wilkins still on the floor, propped against a chair as though he were still unconscious.  Go HERE to read the story and see the hilarious video.
