Well the plot certainly thickens in the Morgan Freeman situation. As you know, he was caught “driving Miss Daisy” [Demaris Meyer] a few days ago and the two of them were involved in a very serious car accident. Demaris is reported to be a friend of Morgan’s wife. Ladies, be careful how you let certain women up in your house around your husband!
Anyhow, now that the game is up, Morgan’s lawyer revealed the following:
(They) are involved in a divorce action, the actor’s Mississippi-based attorney and business partner Bill Luckett said.
“And for legal and practical purposes, (Freeman and Colley-Lee) have been separated since December of 2007.”
The mystery woman in Freeman’s car at the time it rolled has been identified as Demaris Meyer, a friend of Freeman’s.

Wow! This sure won’t look good in the divorce case. And scandalous that she was his wife’s ‘friend’. Yes, ladies watch who you have around your husbands indeed.

LOL. I can’t take credit for that one. I learned that from Flavor of Love III, when Arsenio Hall said that to one of the ‘ladies’ on the show.
Hmmm, sorry to take a side trip off into left field, but wasn’t she driving a 97 Nissan Maxima?? Not only is she apparently his side piece, but she is his CHEAP side piece to boot.
She reportedly works for Federal Express as an Administrative Assistant, so that is probably the best she can do on an Admin. Asst.’s salary. I guess that is why she was cozying on up to ‘daddy long dollars’ Freeman.

With him being a multi-millionaire several times over, I called her cheap because I would have at least expected even his side piece to be in something other than a 97 Maxima.
BTW, I am not condoning their behavior, just making an observation.
LOL. I guess she was trying not to be so bold with it since he is still legally married. If they both live in small areas, you know everyone would have been talking about how could she afford a fly, new car on her FedEx salary.
True. I hadn’t thought about that. I have wondered about what they said to Mrs. Freeman (Colley-Lee) immediately after that accident. She shouldn’t be able to look that woman in her face.
