Throughout the month of February, we take the time….one month out of the year to remember the tragedies and celebrate the triumphs of African Americans in history. We celebrate the fact that we are a strong race that survived the many horrors and inhumane treatment when we were an enslaved people—presumed by many to be less than human.

We came together in the 1960’s facing very difficult times when hundreds of African Americans suffered physical torture and sometimes even death…all for wanting to experience the American dream and for insisting that we be allowed that which we as American citizens are entitled to under the laws of this great country. And since the 60’s we have continued to make great strides in breaking down color barriers and the walls of inequality. We become doctors, lawyers, educators, movie stars, corporations and conglomerates. But I worry that many of us in the black community have forgotten what the struggle was all about. In our quest for higher education, bigger houses, better jobs and flashier cars…are we closing our eyes to the fact that more than a thousand of our children die each day by the horrible practice of abortion?

These children are denied their most basic human right –which is the right to life; a right which our ancestors so proudly worked for, marched for and many of them died for. More than 44 million children have been killed by abortion—15 million of them were black children. Abortion has become the number one killer of black people in this country—killing more African Americans than accidents, heart disease, stroke, crimes, HIV-AIDS and all other deaths…COMBINED!

What bothers me is we are very quick as a people to recognize racism everywhere else except the one place that truly affects all of us. Most blacks will agree that racism is still very much alive—yet say nothing when abortion facilities are placed purposefully in minority and poor communities. This is no accident! More than 37% of all abortions are performed on black women. Last year alone, more than 400,000 black babies were killed by abortion.

It is so sad that our nation has come to this. This infanticide on all babies, regardless of race, is unthinkable and a form of barbarism.  You know, the Lord advised all humans to wait until after marriage to have sexual relations.  That ONE command would halt venereal diseases. And because it is rare for married women to abort babies, it would significantly decrease the abortion rate.  That ONE command.

We are in the Last Days, ya’ll.

I pray that Barack is reading this! (and any other candidate that is not pro-life)

I think we don’t educate our children enough on sex. In our community it is a taboo topic and so the hip hop culture instead takes over and provides them with a lot of garbage and misinformation to make them think that they will be sexy, popular and well liked if they “make it clap” and “drop it like it’s hot.”

As a result many of our babies are having sex and not protecting themselves against HIV and AIDS, along with other diseases. They think that condoms are not cool and that you can’t get the same ‘feeling.’ Likewise you look at TV talk shows like Maury or Jerry Springer where some poor young sistah is on there with a dozen men and none of them are the child’s father.

This is the result of the “Babies having babies” ‘epidemic’ that rung the alarm back in the early 90s. The children of those then children are now having sex and also having babies. It’s not like their parents could tell them to wait because it was obvious that they had not waited. And some of those now parents were uninformed about birth control and themselves used abortions as a form of birth control, that their kids are mirroring the behavior. Unless Black America wakes up and begins to take serious stock in family values like many of our grandparents and great grandparents did, we are pretty much doomed as a race. Sad, but true.

Margaret Sanger, worse than Hitler and more ’successful’. She was the one who started planned parenthood with the purpose of reducing the ‘less desireable’. Whether people want to accept it not abortion is a sacrifice to Molech(Moloch), or rather Baal worship. Long story. Every excuse people give to justify keeping abortion legal is a lie of trading with the devil for what they think will be a better life. Name the excuse and remember it is a trade. Never forget that the trade is being made to the god of this world and his name is Not Jesus Christ.

  4. Net says:

Yes, if we all listened to Christ Jesus, this earth would be almost like heaven. But we get tugged and pulled by the devil until many give in and we now even kill our very own dear children. Yep, I’d have to agree with you, that the end times seem very close indeed. Keep praying prayerful ones!

  5. [...] How many black babies have been aborted, on account of groups like Planned Parenthood and the pro-choice policy of the Democratic Party?  Why do black voters continue to vote against their self-interest: A new Zogby Poll on abortion indicated that 56 percent of Americans believe abortion should never be legal, be legal only when the life of the mother is in danger or be legal in cases of rape and incest. But when African Americans were asked these same questions, 62 percent answered in kind, identifying themselves as measurably more pro-life than the population at large. [...]

I just received mail from ACLJ regarding to Obama’s first plan to support ALL kinds of abortion, and what really hurts me is the “partial birth abortion”. What kind of hearts do these people have? Evil for sure.
I know that on the last days, the love of many will grow cold but we can’t just let these things happen as we are accountable to God and we’ll have to answer Him whether we want it or not.
If we’re thinking about “fixing things” in this nation (which used to believe in Human Rights!), then this is one of the highest priority: safe the babies and defend their rights!

“Is this not the fast which I choose,
To loosen the bonds of wickedness,
To undo the bands of the yoke,
And to let the oppressed go free
    And break every yoke?
    (Isa.58:6)

    Welcome to Hicktown, Sinarinda.

    1. This is an anti-abortion blog

    2. Obama is not God and we don’t expect him to be so

Obama also is not perfect and I don’t expect him to be so.

I WILL say this, though. He is working to help us out of this trillion dollar war Bush has gotten us into…and the horrible economy.

    So there you have it.

I’m not interested in the ACLJ. You are welcome to take that to a blog that is interested.
