I have been following this Mason character for some time now. He is from Harlem, yet suddenly has a false southern accent—trying to sound like Creflo Dollar.
He recently attempted to re-enter the rap game but was rejected by the world. Can you imagine being rejected by the devil of all people?
Rejected by the world, he returned to the church where he now bilks gullible people, mostly women, out of their money.

Note how he tries to make people feel guilty about having nice things while at the same time brags about his Rolls Royce!
CHECK HERE, HERE, and HERE to hear an old friend from the world talking about him cheating former friends out of money and him talking about money. Also, he is CONFRONTED by a friend (rapper, Jim Jones) who calls him out on some money issues and other issues. The former friend even talked about how he walked out on his church congregation.
Be sure to check the last video where his former friend, Cam’ron confronts him on leaving the church for rap AFTER saying that rap is of the devil. Cam’ron asked him to justify why he was rapping AFTER saying that it was a devil business.

Gag me with a spoon….Almost wanted to throw up. He needs to go back and sing that song of Biggie’s he was on singing “mo money more problems” and filled in after Biggie died. Lynn, I cracked up with the fake Oklahoma/Kenneth Copeland/Hagin accent. Wondered what his momma paid for rent in Harlem. “I was just sit in church asking for $50,000 (this week), and it came to him…whatever!!! At the hands of Creflo and his cronies. It also made me wonder about all of the people who have prayed and labored to have an opportunity to speak and here comes Mase because he was a celebrity. Ringo4Life has all of the down. I also listened at his wife talk about how he is going to obey God. She is living in a fantasy. Sounds good. I pray that she won’t be too disappointed and lose her faith.
It sickens me to my stomach to see these vile pimps fleecing God’s gullible flock.
What specifically does this Rolls Royce driving idiot need with $50,000? And if someone gave it to him, obviously it was someone who is wealthy. Trust me, the average person won’t have $50,000 or even $5.00 dropped in their pocket.
Yes, that fake accent is pitiful…and even offensive.
I laugh at the accent. When he was a Harlem rapper he had a severe speech impediment and sounded like he rode the short yellow bus to school his entire childhood. Lynn, he must have hooked up with one of your colleages for some speech therapy and picked up an ‘accent’ to boot.
And I’m not surprised at the women throwing themselves and their money at him. They figure that they can be the pastor’s jumpoff. (I don’t know if he is still married.)
And yes that is a powerful statement about him being rejected by the devil. I have no idea why the “Reverend” felt the need to go on the radio in the first place… on Hot 97 of all stations! It was very telling for not 1, but 2 rappers to call him a liar & a hypocrite to his face. I see he abandoned the Creflo Dollar accent and went back to the slow talking ebonics.
I just believed this guy had been saved and taken out of that rap lifestyle he was living until I read he was running from somebody and it was an act. Puleeze! He tried a comeback and I was like, huh?!!!!
Have you ever done in any fact checking on the claims that Minister Ma$e makes in his bio, located on his website? He mentions that he received two “honorary doctorate” degrees in theology from a church known as St. Paul’s Bible Institute in New York. I did some checking and it doesn’t seem like this church even exists. It also says that Ma$e’s album Welcome Back was a huge success when it actually tanked after the first single. The bio also seems to omit the part that Mason ditched his ministries to go back and do the Minister to Sinister cd only to tank and come back to ministry. I also like the nonsensical bio on his wife Twila and her “corporate success and model looks”. What do model looks have to do with the ministry and why even mention.
