In Update Article #17, I talked about the fact that this whole Bynum-Weeks saga is playing out like a movie that ranges from an R rating to a XXX rating. After all, no good parent would allow their children to witness this drama.
Well, a climax has been reached. Not sure if more are to come yet, but for now here it is:
Lawyers for Thomas W. Weeks III said Monday they have been formally notified that national evangelist Juanita Bynum has filed for divorce. A lawyer for Juanita Bynum has made contact with the firm.
He is unappy about that, said Weeks’ attorney, Louis Tesser, of Kessler, Schwarz and Solomiany. He would like to remain married. Source
Okay, let’s get this straight. According to Juanita Bynum there has been a history of Thomas Weeks pushing and shoving on her. According to two witnesses, Weeks has pushed and shoved another female member of their church.
In a hotel parking lot, he allegedly choked, pushed, stomped and kicked Minister Bynum in the private parts. Then, instead of apologizing to her, he actually apologized to the church and tried to paint himself as a victim?
Then, we find out that he has over $100,000 in debt. His character is pretty much shot to pieces. He has made a mockery of the church. And he actually is upset that Juanita Bynum has filed for a divorce? He actually thinks that a sane woman would want to sleep with him again after being kicked in the genitals by him?

I’m going to pray for Juanite Bynum. Bishop must be broke. He ought to just leave her alone. He need to ashamed of himself to even contest the divorce after beating on her like that and then going to preach in the pulpit. What is going on Jesus.
