Yesterday I posted an article about Beyonce and the fact that she channels a spirit called “Sasha Fierce”.

Hicktowners started reminding me about others in Hollywood who also get a kick out of playing with the devil.

Okay, in fairness to Beyonce, I’ll post a few more:

Denzel

Oscar winner Denzel Washington advised Will Smith to pray with MUHAMMAD ALI before portraying the boxing legend in ALI. The MALCOLM X star insisted Smith would need to channel the spirit of the black leader and pray for guidance before tackling the part on the big screen. Washington explains, Try to capture the spirit. That is what I was telling Will Smith. He called me one time before he started ALI. That was a tough film.  And he was saying, What should I do? And he did the voice for me, and he had it, and I said,  I think you should go to Michigan and pray with Ali, you know? That is what I did every day. I mean seriously, when I did CRY FREEDOM and when I did Malcolm X I would just pray every morning before I came out of that trailer. It was like,  Malcolm come on cause it is not for me… it is for you and for those hopefully that have affected. SOURCE

More of Denzel

Speaking of magic, Washington has cited the experience of preparing to do the whipping scene in Edward Zwicks Glory as a moment of spiritual visitation and consultation. And then I prayed to all the spirits. I said, Look fellas, ladies, and I am talking about those who have been, and I said, Look I do not know.  I am just rolling with you all. Just whatever happens I am going. And I said are you with me? Come on! I am serious! And I went out there and what hit me was, I am in charge. Never put my head down. This is not the first time this has happened to me the character and in fact I had the guy build all the scars to put on my back – and I went out there with an attitude that I am going to take this and not fold. But it hurt. And the tear was actually real. You know, you just allow it and you are thankful for it. It is not technical. It is not science. It is spirit. This spirit was probably the same kind that director Spike Lee was convinced visited Denzel Washington during the filming of  Malcolm X. For a long time Mr. Lee has told the story of when the actor was on the set giving a speech as Malcolm during the human rights activist-leaders days as an orator under the tutelage of Elijah Muhammad, saying that after the scripted speech was over and he yelled  cut, Washington would continue with his characters power and fire and brimstone speech for another minute or two, much to the astonishment of other cast and crew members. When Washington stopped, he said to Mr. Lee that he did not know what just happened, adding, that was not me, SpikeSOURCE

Halle

I was very protective of the gown and so I kept it in the den, covered in plastic, says Halle who, months after the incident, recounts it with a combination of wonderment and disbelief. One day I heard this crackling noise, and I thought it was water boiling on the stove. The problem, says Halle, was the sound was coming from the den. When I looked in, I saw this tiny little baby doll dress floating in front of Dorothys gown, she says. It freaked me out so much I just ran up to my bedroom and curled up in a ball. I was so hysterical I ended up calling Geri [Branton, Dandridges closet friend]. I asked her if she had ever had anything like that happen to her. She said, Honey, I talk to Dottie all the time, and if she is at your house she means you no harm. I thought about it all night and decided that I was supposed to use the dress for inspiration, but the time had come to give it back.  SOURCE

If you do not see a problem with Hollywood figures worshiping the devil, fine. If this is something you think is worthy of shrugging off like it’s no big deal, fine. But I am on God’s side.

WHAT does it profit a man to gain the world and lose his soul? That is what the scriptures ask. The people outlined above are filthy-rich but if they were to die today or tomorrow, they would go straight to hell with a quickness. They are daaaaark and sooooo lost.

It’s praying time, everyone. Talking about how lost they are is one thing but a soul lost eternally is quite another.

You all can write disagreements on my “regular” articles all day long. But on these spiritual articles, where I KNOW what I KNOW what I KNOW…if you come in here trying to say there is no big deal about worshiping satan, I’ll delete your comment. Simple as that.

If you disagree with the fact that it is a problem that Hollywood stars are turning to the “god” of this world, either take it somewhere else, start your own blog to support their “right” to go to hell or keep it moving.

But putting that on this thread will simply get your post deleted. I don’t play with God like that. You’ll see me laughing and joking about a lot of things but NOT about Jesus. No way.

I’m not locking any of my spiritual threads either.  I’ll simply silently remove any post that makes it appear that it’s not a big deal these lost souls are praying to the devil.  Try me.  Just come on up in here and try me.
