They probably never even went to math class, or social studies to know this Cop. They were probably the ones having the 'cut parties' and cutting school to go to someone's house whose parents were at work all day, to lay up in a bed and make babies. (shaking my head in disgust).

These girls must not be good in math.

Your chances of living in proverty are greatly increased if you DONT:

1.finish high school
2.get married
3.wait to have children after age 21.

The odds are against them having a half decent life.

A friend of mine who teaches high school told me that there were 9 girls in her school this year who were all pregnant and sat together at the prom. She's dubbed them the 'pregnancy club.'

With so much sexualized mess on TV, in music and accessible online to teenagers, they figure that this is their way of being grown up. Then when they want to hang out in the clubs (once they are of age), they want to dump the kids off on mom/grandma, or they abuse the kids because they feel as though the kids have robbed them from 'having a life,' when meanwhile the kids never asked to come here in the first place.

Those young, silly girls view those babies as dolls. Reality will set in pretty soon though because somebody's got to babysit as they go out to play in the nearby clubs...

This really sickens me as we will probably see these 'mothers' in the news a few years from now for beating the babies to death because they wouldn't stop crying, or some other act of poor parenting. When will we wake up and see that our young girls are not being properly nurtured and as a result, suffer from low self esteem? Many lack fathers and the stereotypes that are constantly reinforced in popular culture that women are "B_tches" and "Hos" transcend racial barriers.

As a result, these girls grow up feeling unloved and that the only way to get love is to bring a baby into the world and eventually the sad reality hits that the baby is not required to love them, but they are required to love the child as a parent. I wish I knew the answer on how to better reach these young girls.
