I am a firm believer that people need to get fully healed following a divorce before jumping up and marrying again. Look at this:
Just two weeks after their wedding, Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds have split, according to People.
The couple tied the knot on New Year’s Day on a private island near Bora Bora in French Polynesia.
They began dating fall 2006 and were engaged in July.
However, the wedding ceremony was a spiritual ceremony and the couple planned on having a legally binding ceremony upon returning to the U.S. However, since that ceremony never took place the couple was never official married to begin with.

Maybe Tracey finally came to her senses.
I’m surprised she lowered herself to allow Eddie within 1,000 feet of her. To me she is such a classy lady. Eddie gives me the creeps on many levels.
I am not surprised. His ex wife said on numerous occasions to the media that he was romantically involved with Johnny Gill and Tracey is said to have wanted an ‘open’ marriage when she was married to Babyface and reportedly openly slept with other men during their marriage. I think they knowingly had this ‘illegal wedding’ so that they could appear as a couple, but it is just a front to continue their respective lifestyles.
It’s hard to know what happened in strange cases like this.
Johnny Gill was on a radio station and blatantly denied the rumor about himself and Eddie. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and take him at his word.
Likewise, I heard Tracy on the Donny Simpson show denying the rumors about her. In fact the outlet that put the rumor out there ended up apologizing to her. So we have to take some of these rumors with a grain of salt. I’m more inclined to believe that BabyFace was “out there”.
