I was planning to totally ignore the hopeless attention whore, jigaboo and self hating Clarence Thomas in his latest handkerchief head move.
However, a Hicktowner contacted me and it was clear that she was upset at Clarence Thomas’ latest antic. She asked me why he hates black folks so much. Wish I had an answer for her, but how do you explain away a house negro’s actions? Harriet Tubman dealt handily with such folks but she is no longer around.
U.S. Associate Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has asked his colleagues on the court to consider the request of an East Brunswick, N.J. attorney, who has filed a lawsuit challenging President-elect Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president.Thomas’s action took place after Justice David Souter had already rejected a petition for the stay of a writ of certiorari that asked the court to prevent the meeting of the Electoral College on Dec. 15, which will certify Obama as the 44th president of the United States and its first African-American president.The court has scheduled a Dec. 5 conference on the writ—just 10 days before the Electoral College meets.The high court’s only African American is bringing the matter to his colleagues as a result of an emergency stay request filed by attorney Leo Donofrio. Donofrio sued the New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Wells, contending that Obama was not qualified to be on the state’s presidential ballot because of Donofrio’s own questions about Obama’s status as a natural born U.S. citizen. YAWN! I am bored. This is not really worth me going into beyond saying that a jigaboo will do what a jigaboo does. And Clarence Thomas is a first rate jigaboo. I was also going to e-mail you this story yesterday. I couldn’t find a mainstream news link to attach to my comment, so I just let it go.
Clarence Thomas is just plain sad (that’s the nicest, printable comment that I could make!). This monkey definitely has issues with his own race.
A real Uncle Tom in every sense of the word. I disliked him during the hearings with Anita Hill and I still dislike him.
I was not going to give he, the other jiggaboo, Alan Keyes and some unknown attorney in NJ, the time of day regarding this. The fact is they are all attention whores. This entire suit is ridiculous and a waste of the taxpayers money as well as the time of the court.
They claim they are questioning the legitimacy of Barack Obama’s citizenship because he supposedly had/has dual citizenship since his father was from Kenya.
The fact is, he was born right here in Hawaii and if it was such an issue, why wasn’t it mentioned when Barack Obama became the Democratic Nominiee? …. Oh, that’s right, because the Democrats would have flung the SAME issue right back at McCain who was born in the Panama Canal, and technically was not a U.S. Citizen either until a law was passed 3 years later that recognized him as a US Citizen.
Furthermore, even if they do somehow overturn this, this was a LANDSLIDE victory and it was crystal clear that no one wanted the theiving, warring mavericks in office. Are they prepared for the national riots that will take place if Barack Obama is not sworn in next month?
I think it is downright pitiful that these indiviuals, all of whom have questionable character are picking this ridiculous fight. Where were they, especially “Justice Long Don Silver” on that issue about sentencing for child rapists? They would rather the child rapists walk the streets and continue to rape more children, than have an intelligent black man in office, because he represents something that none of them are or will ever be.
Not sure, but correct me. If his mom is a U.S. citizen, it doesnt matter, he is a citizen doesn’t matter where he is born. Clarence and Alan remind me of the Boondocks by Aaron McGruder, Character “uncle ruckus” who is black, hates himself. Not sure if you have seen Boondocks, but there is one episode called the Uncle Ruckus Reality show and i think will tell you the story. There is the use of the n word and some bad language, but it is true…

Does anyone know the outcome of this issue?? The Justices were supposed to make a decision today. I have been to CNN.com and everywhere else and I can’t seem to find out what their decision was.

This is not what this case is about at all. When I first read about Judge Thomas doing this on the internet I had to find out more about it.
Basically, its about an American child being born in the U.S with a foreign parent and if they qualify to be a U.S citizen or if they were born elsewhwere. Colbert & John McCain are on the same docket with Obama. The Supreme court struck it down today. There’s another pending lawsuit too.
Any child like McCain born on foreign soil but having a military and/or American parent makes them American too. Obama’s issue is moot because his mother was an American and he was born here.
Those suing should concentrate on illegal aliens trying to have babies here to allow them to stay in this country.
These lawsuits are a waste of the court’s time and resources. They should make the people suing pay. I’ll bet that will stop a lot of these frivolous lawsuits.
As for Clarence Thomas, he was raised the way he is. Like him or not he comes from poverty and even his own grandfather, sister and mother were destitute once but refused to apply for welfare. Privately, he’s helped more poor blacks then people realize. He just has a problem with affirmative action allowing minorities in the door who could accomplish something themselves instead of a poor black person not being given the chance.
I think something runs deep in the man myself. Several colleagues have said he was an angry man and no one liked him at one point, black or white. This is the kind of person I’d love to have lunch with to find out what made them who they are today.
@blackpolitical: Do you know that they investigated the Anita Hill incident and found it without merit? All the witnesses she named to back up her story at the EEOC said it never happened. Three people who testified for her had been fired from the EEOC and didn’t even work there the same time as Anita. The employees of the EEOC said Clarence ensured there was no fraternization during his tenure there.
I believed Anita in the beginning too until the EEOC produced telephone records where she use to call Clarence all the time for referrals and job references. Even her boss in OK said she spoke highly of Clarence and said he deserved his supreme court nomination. Also, she begged to go from the Dept. of Education to the EEOC with him when he was promoted.
Unfortunately, had she stayed out of that mess, I believe her career would’ve been larger than it is today. I don’t know who talked her into doing that.
I find Clarence Thomas to be a peculiar man on some political issues but they raked him over the coals during the nomination process, something I would be appalled at if it were another black man.
