Cindy McCain Exposed by Christian Science Monitor for Lying About Mother Theresa’s Role in Bridget McCain’s Adoption

How did I miss this gem? This is Cindy McCain with adopted daughter, Bridget McCain who originally hails from Bangladesh. Bridget was taken from a Bangladeshi orphanage by Cindy McCain and brought to America. Now there is nothing wrong with adopting a child from another country, particularly a child who is an orphan no less; but to reportedly lie about the details of the adoption and lead people to believe you actually took the child from “the arms of Mother Theresa,” in order to score brownie points for your husband’s campaign, reeks of deception and dishonesty. Furthermore, it speaks not only to your character, but how you will readily exploit your own adopted daughter for political gain.
According to the Christian Science Monitor:

What is even more interesting is that back in 2000, Bridget McCain, 17, was placed at the centre of a political scandal in 2000, when her father ran against George W Bush for the Republican presidential nomination.
After Mr. McCain, who had taken his adopted daughter on the campaign trail, won the New Hampshire primary, a phone poll apparently organised by Bush allies asked voters in South Carolina: “Would you be more or less likely to vote for John McCain if you knew he had fathered an illegitimate black child?”
Mr. McCain lost the South Carolina primary and his campaign never recovered. SOURCE
All is apparently forgiven now between the Bushs’ & McCains’. I don’t know too many people who could now embrace someone who slung that type of ‘hot grease’ about one of their children… in public no less.

Notice how the media and the public in general keeps glossing over the atrocities that the McCants have committed. You hardly hear anyone discussing their compounded garbage. They both are big liars and big frauds. I ask you, the American public, why would you consider letting these people run the country?? Maybe some folks don’t agree with ALL of Obama’s beliefs and agenda but his character and motives are sterling when compared to Bozo and his wife.

And McCain was soooo angry at Bush over that too yet now he’s his political brother. How one can sell his soul so quick gives me the creeps.
McCain had no clue that Cindy adopted that baby. He met her at the plane and when she got off he said “where is she going?” Cindy said “I was hoping she could go to our house.”

And notice that McCain couldn’t even protest, because it’s technically her house/houses since she has way more money than he does.

I kinda wanna think Johnny DID know Cindy was brining home a “ethinic” child–it’s sad to say but that poor child is just a “trophy/token” to make them “look good” in some gullible fool’s eyes.
Just like in this upcoming debate Johnny’s supposed to propose all these wonderful policies–ONLY A FOOL would jump on the McGoo express, sure he’s gonna have some Great Plan to save the nation, he’ll promise ANYTHING to save his campaign look how far he’s fallen in the polls. And a bunch of dumb Americans are gonna fall for it–PATHETIC!!!
@me93: No, McCain had no clue that Cindy was bringing this child back. 20/20 ran that story two weeks ago about him meeting her at the plane and saying that.
Plus, I read a story by a tourist on vacation at the same hotel the Mccain family was at and she asked him about the adopted child. Now this woman is a bonafied psychologist from CA, one of the newspapers tracked her down to confirm her story. McCain’s response to her was “oh, that was Cindy’s idea. People look at me carrying that black thing around.” The tourist said she was so horrified about that comment, how he mistreated Cindy in public, said he would’ve nuked Iraq and some other comments he made, that she came to the conclusion McCain is not a decent man.
@divawidfevah: LOL, yep those are her homes. More will come out about the McCain’s and their “fake” marriage. There have been too many people talking about how he mistreats Cindy, even in public.
Also, on 20/20 he told Diane Sawyer he never recognized that Cindy had become a drug addict. Cindy then tried to steer the blame on herself and said she covered it well. Cindy was an addict for over 3 years so where was McCain? Hmmmmm. He was absent from their AZ home alot and when he was there, I guess his mind wasn’t.
20/20 did a great 2 part bio on both candidates. McCain’s father was a raving alcoholic. I didn’t know that. He said his mother covered for him all the time. Also, McCain’s mom is a oil heiress, father was an admiral so he wasn’t hurting for anything. He says despite the money, his father was never home and when he was, you know the alcohol took precedence.
The showed highlighted both men from birth to adulthood. I’m glad I didn’t miss it. They showed how Obama’s stepfather was a Muslim and that’s what he registered Obama as when he attendded the Indonesian school. They pointed out that Obama was only a child. A former classmate was on too explaining that the school was Christian/Muslim and several other religions. It dispelled the myth that Obama was a Muslim, which we all know.
On Larry King, Michael Dukakis said McCain was the nastiest person he ever worked with. One day he threw him and another politician out of his office.
