Apparently, this is not the first instance in which his son was allegedly abused by him either.

The child’s mother also reported that Scott brought the boy to her home at the end of March or early April and asked to bathe him to get the boy ready for bed. The woman said Scott had never before bathed the boy in her home. Scott dressed the boy in long pajamas, and the next morning the woman noted that the boy had marks on his arm and ear that appeared to be burns, the complaint said.

What in the world would possess college students, to openly sell and distribute illegal drugs on their campuses?

CNN reports “San Diego State University has suspended six fraternities after a sweeping drug investigation that landed members of three fraternities in jail on suspicion of openly dealing drugs on campus.

The probe — prompted by the cocaine overdose death last year of a freshman sorority member — led to the arrests of 96 people, 75 of them San Diego State students.  A second drug death occurred during the investigation.
Twenty-nine people were arrested early Tuesday in raids at nine locations including the Theta Chi fraternity, where agents found cocaine, Ecstasy and three guns.

Eighteen of those arrested were wanted on warrants for selling to undercover agents.

Theta Chi and five other fraternities have been suspended pending a hearing on evidence gathered during the investigation, dubbed Operation Sudden Fall.”

What I can’t fathom is how this went on for so long and it took the death of a student before an investigation was launched.  And two of these students actually had the nerve to be pursuing degrees in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security.  This really makes me wonder if this many fraternities were involved at this one school, how many other across the country are doing the same, but just haven’t been caught yet?

Black folks often whine, pout and stick their lips out regarding the fact that oftentimes we are disregarded and shunned in society.

On yesterday, I posted a video that is more disturbing to me today than it was yesterday.  Link to video HERE

In that video we watch a black female, between 18 - 23 years of age, obviously insane and possibly a drug addict, make the following types of comments to a helpless old woman who apparently had said something to her based on her bizarre behavior:

Threats made by insane girl:

“You assassinated”

“I’m a kill her, shorty”

“You got 5 minutes to do it [apologize] or it’s over, bitch”

“I’m a beat that ass on this train”

She also referred to this old woman as a “ho”

Based on this freak’s threats of violence and MURDER against this old woman, I’d like to see her locked up. This video needs to be distributed to the Atlanta news stations and police stations, the girl should be sought and found, and she should be arrested and prosecuted for making terroristic, murderous threats against the elderly.

Now if I were a white person or person of any race and not very familiar with blacks, I would look at that video and based on what I saw, I’d write the race as a whole off as trash and not want to be bothered on any level with them.  And it’s that type of sick behavior that has our race as a whole viewed as a “junk” race by the world as a whole.  I’d like to see the perception of our people brought UP and it can’t be done with the type of trash that I watched in this video.

What was so disturbing?

a. Initially as the girl jumped in the old woman’s face, there was giggling in the background

b. Initially a young man could be heard jumping in and helping the mentally ill girl “rap” to the old woman

c. GROWN black men and women sat by and looked the other way as this piece of filth jumped in the old woman’s face, threatening to murder her and beat her.

I can’t help but wonder if they would have continued to sit still and look the other way had the girl jumped on that old woman and started to beat her to death, as promised.

Sure, I can understand not wanting to get physical with the girl. But at a minimum, 911 should have been called and everyone these days has a cell phone!

It was not until a young black man spoke up that the insanity was brought to a close and I truly am sorry that he did not beat her to the point of hospitilization. She needed to be beated to a pulp. I resent what she did to that old woman. How dare she do that to somebody’s mother, grandmother, great grandmother. And how dare those GROWN men sit there and ignore it.

That garbage showed the bowels of the black community. Because she obviously is insane and drug addicted, now the world is being forced to suffer at her hands and no one is spared. Would a five year old child have been a victim also?

Again, I’d like to see her arrested on charges that she threatened to murder and beat a helpless old woman. I’m just really bothered by this and I DO want people of other races to know that NO, she is not representative of blacks. Most blacks are decent, upright people.

Another thing. In DC or Maryland, that girl would have been stepped to immediately. She would have been beaten out of that old woman’s face right away.

I’ve been speaking on Atlanta on this blog for some time now. There is something peculiar going on there, and I’m serious.

  I was reading UnderCoverBlackMan’s blog today and David had an excellent audio there where the OxyContin and viagra loving Rush Limbaugh—who has the I.Q. of a rotten peanut, was sounding crazy as usual, talking about the fact that he’d like to see black folks resort to riots if Hillary has the election handed to her.

May I refresh everyone’s memory regarding Rush’s character:

Here is what the record to date shows: Mr. Limbaugh’s housekeeper, Wilma Cline, approached Florida media and Florida authorities to reveal that she had acted as Rush Limbaugh’s drug buyer for years, purchasing “more than 30,000 hydrocodone, Lorcet and OcyContin pills,” and she reports he “took as many as 30 OxyContin pills a day.”**** Florida authorities then began investigating, and Ms. Cline’s allegations have apparently proved solid, certainly solid enough for the State of Florida to take action.

This means, of course, that for quite a long period Mr. Limbaugh was heavily abusing prescription narcotics while continuing to conduct his radio talk show. In short, this means that Mr. Limbaugh was often under the influence of drugs when he was on the air, delivering a hard right-wing message. To be truly blunt, it appears he was stoned while adhering to a position that anyone who uses drugs should be incarcerated.

Obviously this is the very definition of hypocrisy. LINK

Keep in mind that the man took so many of those drugs, that he went deaf for quite a while and CONTINUED taking them even though he was deaf as a stone.  I’m not positive that the drugs caused the deafness but that’s a reasonable guess.

If you are a woman who rides the New York subway system, be careful. Check out this sicko, Freddie Johnson, who victimizes and preys on women:

About two weeks after he was released from prison, Freddie Johnson boarded a crowded subway train during morning rush hour in Manhattan, squeezed in behind a woman and ground his pelvis into her backside, authorities said.

It is a fairly common crime on subways in New York. But this was no common criminal.

Johnson has been arrested a staggering 53 times — the majority for groping women on the subway, police and prosecutors said.

In the latest incident, Johnson was being followed by plainclothes officers who recognized him from police photos, authorities said. He was charged with persistent sexual abuse, and if convicted this time, he could be sent away for life. The district attorney’s office branded him a “recidivist transit grinder” at a court hearing earlier this week.

But the fact that Johnson was roaming the subways in the first place has raised questions about how the state deals with the problem of repeat sex offenders. His case even drew the scorn of a newspaper editorial this week that labeled Johnson the “Subway Rat.”

His attorney, Afsi Khot, had no comment on the case, as is practice with Legal Aid attorneys.

Okay, let’s pause here for a moment.

1. This “rat” was out loose, roaming the streets why exactly? It was no secret that this predator was out hunting women.

2. I would like to give the New York police props for doing their job and following their inclination to trail this pervert.

3. How many more women will this beast need to attack before he is put away forever? He needs never be allowed out of jail again. He’s too dangerous.

Johnson, a registered sex offender, has been convicted at least twice of persistent sexual abuse within the last decade, prosecutors said. And he has a lengthy rap sheet, with 30 arrests for sex abuse, 13 for jostling and two for grand larceny, police said.

He was released from prison on March 25 after serving four years for persistent sexual abuse, according to correctional records. The state attorney general’s office had argued that the 49-year-old should be confined under the state’s civil commitment law for sex offenders, which went into effect last year, because he was at risk for repeat offenses.

USH! Can you all believe this mess? WHY was this dangerous sex abuser walking the streets of New York? This is enough to cause a person’s blood pressure to rise!

A Marine wanted for the brutal slaying of a pregnant colleague who had accused him of rape was arrested Thursday night in Mexico after a three-month international manhunt, authorities said.

FBI agents and Mexican authorities arrested Marine Cpl. Cesar Laurean around 7 p.m. EDT. He is charged with murder in the death of Marine Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach, whose burned remains were found in January in the back yard of his home near Camp Lejeune.

To be sexually abused has got to be bad enough. But to be abused by a person who is supposed to be in authority over you, to protect and honor you, is quite a different story. Although he has, of course, pleaded not guilty, the “Rev.” James L. Bevel has been accused of incest by his own daughter.

A daughter of a civil rights icon who served as a top lieutenant to Martin Luther King Jr. testified Monday that her father regularly molested her beginning when she was 6 years old.

The Rev. James L. Bevel pleaded not guilty to a charge of incest before jury selection began Monday. Prosecutors have said he had sex with a teenage daughter years ago, and told her the sex was part of religious training.

The daughter testified she grew up in a communal lifestyle in which she regularly saw her father having sex with women and she came to perceive her own molestation as normal.

She also testified that she and her siblings did not call Bevel “Dad” but instead referred to him as “Rev” or “Jim.” She said she told her mother in a written letter that her father was molesting her.

The mother “handed (the letter back) to me and said I spelled ‘molest’ wrong,” the daughter testified.

Okay, let’s stop here for a minute. Can you imagine getting up the nerve to sit down and compose a letter to your mother in which you are pleading for help, only to have your mother wimp out on you and tell you that you spelled a word wrong in the letter? Can you imagine the horror this young woman endured with no help and no escape?

The Associated Press generally does not identify the victims of sexual abuse. The daughter is one of at least 14 children Bevel has with several different women, according to her testimony on Monday.

During opening statements, public defender Bonnie Hoffman urged jurors not to focus on Bevel’s unconventional lifestyle, or whether he may have committed crimes other than the single incident for which he is charged.

“Get rid of your preconceived notions about how things should be,” Hoffman said.

Huh? What does she mean by telling the jury to get rid of preconceived notions? If she is hinting that they should get rid of their notion that a father is not supposed to be raping and engaging in incest with his own child, I cannot imagine that a jury will get rid of that notion. Sick is sick and law is law. Incest is against the law in this country. Only a vile pervert would even consider incest anyway.

Prosecutor Gigi Lawless told jurors that the testimony “is going to be one of the most horrific things you’ve ever heard. … This case is about betrayal.”

Prosecutors have said that incest occurred numerous times and in numerous places, but that charges were brought in Virginia because it does not have a statute of limitations for incest.

An ex-wife of Bevel testified that he instructed his family and followers in the commune that it was parents’ obligation to “sexually orientate” their children - meaning in her mind that they were to have sex with them.

“I felt very repulsed by it,” said the ex-wife, who is also the mother of the daughter who testified Monday.

Wait a minute.  If this wench was so repulsed, why did she simply hand the letter back to her daughter when the daughter reached out to her for help from this accused/alleged pervert?

Yuck, gross, disgusting. What a sick and tainted world we live in, everyone!

Would you mind explaining to me why exactly your own family member had to turn your butt in to the police for finding perverted videos on your computer that you secretly got from stalking women and girls who trusted you?

Terry Dean Gibson, 55, of 3411 Pinnacle View, was arrested March 28 by Las Cruces Police and charged with nine felony counts of sexual exploitation of children. The arrest came after a two-year investigation.

Gibson, a former deacon at First Baptist Church, posted his $150,000 cash-only bond the same day of his arrest. He waived his arraignment and did not appear in Magistrate Court on Thursday. Instead, his attorney, Jeff Lahann, entered a not-guilty plea through paperwork. This is common in high-profile cases.

Isn’t it interesting that these “holy” men almost never admit to any guilt? Keep in mind that his own family member turned his hard drive with evidence over to the police. Yet, he still denies any guilt.

The case caught the attention of police and the FBI in March 2006 when a Gibson family member allegedly discovered sexually explicit videos of women and girls stored on Gibson’s computer. The family member made a copy of Gibson’s hard drive and handed the copy over to an FBI agent.

investigation revealed that Gibson was secretly videotaping women and girls at his backyard swimming pool when he hosted several pool parties at his residence for his church’s youth and Bible study groups. Police said during several of those parties he secretly videotape the women and girls through his window blinds.

Detectives also learned that Gibson had a hidden camera in a briefcase, which he used to videotape up the skirts of women and girls at area stores and the Mesilla Valley Mall.

A 16-year-old boy has admitted to the murders of 12 people in southern Brazil, according to a police investigator who described a chillingly calm confession.

This Brazilian 16-year-old says he killed 12 people in three months, police say.

The teenager, whose identity was not revealed because he is a minor, allegedly told police he killed his victims over the past three months in a fit or rage or out of revenge, and police inspector Enizaldo Jose Plentz said Friday he believes the boy killed some of his victims for enjoyment.

He said police have enough evidence to prove the teenager, an unemployed high school dropout, shot dead at least six of the 12 people he says he killed.

Police were still trying to determine if another six people killed in and around Novo Hamburgo, Brazil, were also the teenagers’ victims.

Police, who were investigating the murder of a 39-year-old store owner, arrested the youth Wednesday at his home in the city of Novo Hamburgo, Plentz said.

“He told us he shot the store owner because he had been slapped in the face during an argument the two had a few minutes earlier,” Plentz said. “But we think he killed him during a robbery attempt.”

“During interrogations, he spoke with the frightening coldbloodedness of someone who enjoys killing people,” the inspector said.

This is absolutely chilling. This young man is a demon possessed monster, lacking any conscience and YES, I’d like to see him sitting on the nearest electric chair.

You all remember the weirdo, Jim McGreevey who really exposed his wife to the possibility of HIV via his trysts with men and not informing her of such. Well a man has come forward to say that Mrs. McGreevey is no angel and that she in fact engaged in some threesomes with him and McGreevey.

Is this a good time to pause again and say “eeeeew”? These people are amoral and yes, I actually believe it’s true.

In a new twist to a political scandal from the past, former New Jersey Gov. James McGreevey, above, and his wife are offering conflicting accounts over a claim by a former male aide that the trio engaged in sexual threesomes before McGreevey was elected governor in 2001. On Monday, McGreevey said it’s true after his wife said it’s “completely false.”

In an e-mail to The Associated Press, the nation’s first openly gay governor said published reports by former campaign aide Teddy Pedersen were true.

In interviews posted online Sunday night by The Star-Ledger of Newark and the New York Post, Pedersen said he had consensual sex with the couple for about two years before McGreevey became governor. He said he had contact only with Dina Matos McGreevey during the trysts, and wasn’t sure whether McGreevey was gay.

In his statement, McGreevey said he and his estranged wife need to move forward for the sake of their 6-year-old daughter.

STOP! Do you think these two tricks care about that little girl? First McGreevey goes public, bragging about his deception and homosexuality. Then we discover that his wife is shaky. I pity the little girl.

“This happened, this happened in the past, and now we need to move on with our lives,” McGreevey, 50, said without being specific.

His e-mail to The Associated Press came shortly after one from Matos McGreevey. She said Pedersen’s claims of consensual three-way sex “are completely false and were prompted by Jim McGreevey.”

“Jim has had a close relationship with Pedersen since his days as mayor of Woodbridge, and arranged jobs for Pedersen from that time through his years as governor and beyond,” said Matos McGreevey, 41. “They have continued their close relationship since Jim left office. This was obviously payback time for Pedersen.”
