Racial Hypocrisy at Univision

‘The Mo’Kelly Report’ Unearths Broadcast of Inflammatory Episode of Cero En Conducta Aired on Spanish-Language Giant and the Cover-up in its Wake

Los Angeles – December 9, 2009 – syndicated print and online journal The Mo’Kelly Report, (http://mokellyreport.wordpress.com) exposes the cover-up behind the 2009 airing of highly controversial episode of Cero En Conducta on Univision. In the episode, an “African” foreign exchange student (actor in Blackface) comes to Mexico and is greeted with (among other things) “comedic” taunts of “monkey,”“mud” and bananas thrown at him in derision by his classmates.

http://mokellyreport.wordpress.com/2009/12/07/the-racial-hypocrisy-of-univision/

The viral youtube videos, complete with English subtitles were not connected with any major American network until now. The Mo’Kelly Report contacted the network’s top executives to verify origin and airdate. After initial non-response, Univision VP of Communications Mónica Talán goes on record through email, alleging the episode did NOT air on Univision and was rejected in accordance to its “policy” against offensive and derogatory material in 2006.

In this special exposé, Morris O’Kelly of The Mo’Kelly Report reveals the truth, including proof of episode’s broadcast in America in 2009, complete with the unmistakable Univision logo; in direct contradiction with the network emails. This latest revelation comes on the heels of one of Univision head executives complaining to both Fox Sports and the Los Angeles Clippers for racially inappropriate remarks made by The Clippers’ television broadcast team of Ralph Lawler and Mike Smith…resulting in a one-game on-air suspension by the team.

Throw Away Your Nestle Toll House Cookie Dough

FDA Warns Consumers Not to Eat Nestle Toll House

Prepackaged, Refrigerated Cookie Dough

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are warning consumers not to eat any varieties of prepackaged Nestle Toll House refrigerated cookie dough due to the risk of contamination with E. coli O157:H7 (a bacterium that causes food borne illness).

The FDA advises that if consumers have any prepackaged, refrigerated Nestle Toll House cookie dough products in their home that they throw them away. Cooking the dough is not recommended because consumers might get the bacteria on their hands and on other cooking surfaces.

Retailers, restaurateurs, and personnel at other food-service operations should not sell or serve any Nestle Toll House prepackaged, refrigerated cookie dough products subject to the recall.

Nestle USA, which manufactures and markets the Toll House cookie dough, is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation by the FDA and CDC. The warning is based on an ongoing epidemiological study conducted by the CDC and several state and local health departments. Since March 2009 there have been 66 reports of illness across 28 states. Twenty-five persons were hospitalized; 7 with a severe complication called Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (HUS). No one has died.

E. coli O157:H7 causes abdominal cramping, vomiting and a diarrheal illness, often with bloody stools. Most healthy adults can recover completely within a week. Young children and the elderly are at highest risk for developing HUS, which can lead to serious kidney damage and even death.

Individuals who have recently eaten prepackaged, refrigerated Toll House cookie dough and have experienced any of these symptoms should contact their doctor or health care provider immediately. Any such illnesses should be reported to state or local health authorities.

The FDA reminds consumers they should not eat raw food products that are intended for cooking or baking before consumption. Consumers should use safe food-handling practices when preparing such products, including following package directions for cooking at proper temperatures; washing hands, surfaces, and utensils after contact with these types of products; avoiding cross contamination; and refrigerating products properly.

For more information on safe food handling practices, go to LINK

Consumers who have additional questions about these products should contact Nestle consumer services at 1-800-559-5025.  For a complete listing of the recalled products go to:

Warning to Facebook Users
Lynn | December 4, 2008 | 11:19 pm | General, PSA's | 1 Comment

By:  Lynn Green

I guess people are going to have to reconsider using social networks such as Facebook now. There is a virus going around called Koobface and this is how it works:

Koobface spreads by sending notes to friends of someone whose PC has been infected. The messages, with subject headers like, “You look just awesome in this new movie,” direct recipients to a website where they are asked to download what it claims is an update of Adobe Systems Inc’s Flash player.

If they download the software, users end up with an infected computer, which then takes users to contaminated sites when they try to use search engines from Google, Yahoo, MSN and Live.com, according McAfee.

What these attackers don’t realize is that they are sowing destruction into their own lives and will reap mightily. It takes a dark, twisted and wicked mindset to scheme up such evil behavior.

Privately held Facebook has told members to delete contaminated e-mails and has posted directions at www.facebook.com/security on how to clean infected computers.
