You know what? You would have to be living under a rock to not be aware that not only does heroin have ZERO medicinal value, but it will turn you into a hopeless junkie.

With that in mind, I have no compassion for the self destructive fools who get tied up in heroin.

Can you explain to me why actor, Gary Dourdan would be crazy enough to use drugs and in particular, heroin? I truly hope that this nutcase is fired and blackballed in Hollyweird…um, Hollywood.

The actor - whose character, Warrick Brown, has battled an addiction to pills on the crime drama - was busted in Palm Springs, Calif., on charges of drug possession.

Cops there say a patrol officer discovered Dourdan asleep in a vehicle (parked on the wrong side of the road) at 5:12 a.m. on Monday.

The officer found Dourdan “disoriented and possibly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs,” according to police.

A search of the car turned up “suspected cocaine, heroin, Ecstasy, miscellaneous prescription drugs and paraphernalia,” police said.

Dourdan, 41, was booked at the Palm Springs jail on possession of narcotics and possession of dangerous drugs. He was released on $5,000 bail at 10:30 a.m. on Monday.

This video is just shocking and appalling and a fine example of why some people should not bring children into this world.  This little boy stole his grandmother’s car and went on a joyride where he crashed into several cars and 2 mailboxes.  He slightly resembles my 6 year old nephew and if he ever got caught doing anything like this, I would so beat his behind. 

You also have to wonder about the other 7 year old he was with when he stole his grandmother’s car.  He says that his friend smokes cigarettes and says “It’s fun to do bad stuff.”  Who is watching these children?  Where is a 7 year old getting cigarettes from?  What is going on with our future generations?

What is the world coming to when an 11 year old girl is so out of control that she needs to be tasered? Wow!

An Orange County deputy used a Taser on an 11-year-old elementary student Thursday morning at Moss Park Elementary after she allegedly tried to push another student into oncoming traffic and punched a school resource officer in the face.

According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, the 11-year-old Thaliamar Jimenez was seen attempting to push a smaller student into oncoming traffic Thursday before class. The incident was reported and Jimenez was confronted by two teachers.

During an attempt by the teachers to speak with Jimenez about the incident, she became agitated and aggressive and began to scare other students in the classroom. Jimenez refused to leave the classroom, according to the sheriff’s office, and made several attempts to spit at the teachers trying to get her to leave the room.

A school resource officer, Deputy Donna Hudepohl, was called to the room to assist in removing Jimenez, but she refused and then punched Hudepohl in her face, causing her nose to bleed. Hudepohl tried to subdue Jimenez, but she continued to fight back and Hudepohl then used her Taser to secure the girl.

Hudepohl was transported to Florida East. She sustained severe bruising to the nasal cavity as a result of the injury. Jimenez was also transported to the same hospital to have the Taser prongs removed, but she had no other injuries.

Jimenez was arrested and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, disrupting a school function as well as resisting with violence.

I have always been totally grossed out by Eddie Murphy. I’ve never enjoyed him as a comedian and I find him obnoxious and overrated. Obviously, his personal life is as character-lacking as is his public life. This is a man who refuses to see his flesh and blood child simply because he claims the child’s mother “tricked” him into becoming a father. What a total jerk!

Supposedly, Eddie Says that Melanie Brown, of the Spice Girls, and he only had sex 3 times and she told Eddie she was on birth control. Murphy says that it was a very short and casual three month relationship.

DNA tests have recently confirmed that Angel Iris is, in fact, Murphy’s daughter. While Eddie accepts that Angel is his daughter, he has said that he won’t see the little girl, because he doesn’t want to set eyes on Mel.

Negro, please! Just be certain continue to cough up that $15,000 per month in child support payments, okay?

Folks need to remember that stardom does not exempt them from paying their taxes. Come on, Yolanda, what’s up?

Houston gospel singer and radio host Yolanda Adams is under investigation by the Internal Revenue Service.

The agency has asked a federal judge to force the entertainer to turn over documents after she failed to show up for an appointment last month to explain her financial affairs. The agency is trying to determine her tax liability and how to collect on the debt.

According to filings in Houston federal court, the IRS probe stems from two million-dollar mortgage loan applications.

A 2005 Ocwen application said Adams earned $40,000 a month and listed $8 million in assets — including an $800,000 trust account, $4.9 million in other personal holdings and jewelry worth $1.5 million. That document said she owned a Lexus and a Hummer.

A subsequent Chase home loan application listed $3 million in assets, including a business worth $1.5 million, a Mercedes-Benz and a Range Rover. She owns a home worth more than $2 million in Houston’s Royal Oaks Country Club subdivision.

The agency also wants details about her endorsements and royalties as well as music companies and foundations with whom she is affiliated.

Houston entertainment lawyer Ricky Anderson, who represents Adams, said Wednesday that he was unaware of the lawsuit and declined to comment until he could look at the IRS filings and reach Adams, who is featured on a gospel cruise to the Bahamas this week.

According to court documents filed Tuesday, a revenue officer who works cases involving small businesses and the self-employed is looking into Adams’ taxes for 2000, 2001, 2003 and 2004.

In January, the agency issued a summons that required Adams, 46, to bring financial documents for the last six years to Houston’s IRS office and answer questions.

In that article I reported about the fact that it had been reported from reliable sources that your husband had been seen around town in seedy areas hunting for women. Okay?  I doubt that that’s a shock to you.

2. I’ve been trying not to do any follow up articles on your man but he is so out of control right now that I am pretty much being forced to speak on him—especially since HickTowners are emailing me, asking me to cover this.

3. Do you and your husband have some type of bizarre understanding which allows him to go out womanizing while you stay home with the children? It appears that way because as recently as a week ago, he was caught with yet ANOTHER woman—and it was not that tart Christine Beatty, with whom he had an illicit affair for years as he used her like a cheap common street walker. She should have at least charged him!  It was some chick listed as Carmen Slowski.  LINK

4. Womanizing is not his only problem. He also enjoys living in the lap of luxury at the expense of the people of Detroit. I found an article as far back as 2005 which showed how BOTH of you were milking the tax payers while you live high on the hog.   LINK

5. There is a disease out here called AIDS. There is another one called Herpes. There are no cures for those diseases. Your husband is endangering your life and he is doing so with such disrespect that it’s almost unbelievable. Even more unbelievable is that you are tolerating it. This is insanity. And it makes all women look bad.

6. You might be thinking, It’s my business—between me and my husband. Well, that argument would hold water, ma’am if it were not for the fact that this situation is all over the national news. AND your man is accused of lying under oath. AND your man used equipment supplied by tax payers to make his erotic calls to his nasty, common mistress. AND your man—if reports are true, is so bold and disrespectful that he is STILL womanizing.

Your man has issues. And so do you if you continue allowing his disrespect of you and abuse of the taxpayers. You need to confront that fool because he is headed for a brick wall at 120 miles per hour.

Film of the singer apparently smoking a crack pipe emerged earlier this week.

Earlier, Ms Winehouse’s father admitted he asked for his London-based daughter to be sectioned under the Mental Health Act to help her stop taking drugs.

But Mitch Winehouse told radio station BBC London 94.9 he had been told she could not be sectioned because she was not at risk of hurting herself.

Universal said the star had entered the rehab clinic “to continue her ongoing recovery against drug addiction”.

I have withheld all comments regarding the horrific incident in which a tiger in a California zoo broke loose and went on an angry killing spree. I had been pondering in my own mind why those boys were there, since none of them were animal lovers per se. And what happened to upset and anger that tiger so seriously that he felt a need to literally break out of his enclosure to go after those boys. Well, answers are starting to trickle in and it’s just what I thought:

One of three San Jose youths mauled by a tiger at San Francisco Zoo told the father of the boy slain in the Christmas attack that they had been yelling and waving at the animal while standing on the railing outside its grotto, according to news reports.

But, then, in an interview with San Francisco police, Paul Dhaliwal, 19, denied throwing anything into the enclosure or antagonizing the animal in any way, the San Francisco Chronicle reported Thursday.

The interview - and the account by the father of Carlos Sousa Jr. of San Jose - were part of the affidavit San Francisco police used to obtain a search warrant for the car and cell phones of Paul Dhaliwal, 19, and his 23-year-old brother, Kulbir. The affidavit was filed in court late Thursday.

“As a result of this investigation,” police believe “that the tiger may have been taunted/agitated by its eventual victims,” police inspector Valerie Matthews wrote in the affidavit. Police believe that “this factor contributed to the tiger escaping from its enclosure and attacking its victims,” she said.

In another revelation Thursday, zoo officials said police removed a bloodied sign and post from the tiger exhibit as potential evidence during their investigation the day after the attack.

Sam Singer, spokesman for the zoo, told the Mercury News that the sign had been about 18 inches in from the middle of the railing around the tiger exhibit, in an area “where the public is prohibited to go.” The location is also near the area outside the railing where the body of 17-year-old Carlos was found.

A San Francisco police spokesman would say only that “the police department has not released that information” about the bloody sign. But Singer said finding a sign with blood on it - inside the exhibit - on the night of the mauling “would suggest that one or more of the young men was on that side of the railing.”

He said he does not know if tests have determined whose blood was on the sign.
