Bynum – Weeks CLOWN Case is on “Dead Docket”: Translation, “Dead in the Water”

I’m awaiting word from the newscasters in Atlanta, Georgia regarding what is going to happen in the Weeks-Bynum situation.

I received a tip from a sister named “Covina”. She led me to the FoxAtlanta newsboard where a man named “Not Your Typical Negro” (NYTN) often posts on the Bynum-Weeks situation.

NYTN went to the local courthouse in Georgia to get a copy of the case and an update. What he discovered is that since OCTOBER, 2007 the case has been on “Dead Docket”.

There is controversy over what Dead Docket means, but it appears to mean that the case is closed.

Check this definition out:

“Dead-docketing has been characterized as a procedural device by which ‘the prosecution is postponed indefinitely but may be reinstated at any time at the pleasure of the court.’”1 “‘Placing a case upon the dead docket certainly constitutes neither a dismissal nor a termination of the prosecution in the accused’s favor. A case is still pending which can be called for trial at the judge’s pleasure, or upon which the accused can make a demand for trial.’”2        Source

Here is the million dollar question. In light of the fact that both of these fighting clowns—Weeks and Bynum, know that the case is postponed indefinitely, why are they parading in front of the media, pretending that they are still in litigation?   What we are dealing with is what we have said all along. Two pieces of garbage met each other, were mentally and physically abusive to one another and deserved each other.

Advice:

1. STOP sending your money to those two fighting CLOWNS

2. STOP supporting those two fighting CLOWNS

3. STOP listening to the false doctrines taught by those two  fighting CLOWNS

Trust me, your life will be better off minus those TWO FIGHTING CLOWNS. When you look back at those perverted lust videos and bizarre, unscriptural lust doctrines that Weeks sponsored (with Bynum’s support), I would not be surprised at all if this mutual combat and abuse was part of their foreplay strategies.

These two have gotten on my last nerve.

This divorce has been on hold since Oct, there was no reason for the back and forth he said she said for the past 2 months. They are not capable of keeping their mouths shut, but would rather stay in the spot light of this embarrasment of a marriage.

NYTN keep up the good work. JR and the Bulldog need to be stripped of all creditablilly so that no one else will follow these two down the deep dark hole that their lives are heading.

    Lynn,

“Why are they pretending”? Because pretending is their middle names. I posted on clown III yesterday.

    Merry Christmas Everyone!
