His name is Bishop Thomas Weeks III and there is a warrant out for his arrest for the brutal beating of his wife, Prophetess Juanita Bynum:

Bishop Thomas Weeks III is presently wanted by the Atlanta police. Unless he is hiding under a rock, which I doubt, he knows that he is a wanted man. Why has he not turned himself in?

Atlanta police said the husband of televangelist Juanita Bynum will be charged with aggravated assault and terroristic threats after a confrontation in which he left her badly bruised.

Officer Ronald Campbell said Thursday that Bynum met with authorities at an undisclosed location to press the charges against preacher Thomas W. Weeks III, founder of Global Destiny churches.  LINK
