My husband never misses a barber appointment. His hair is always sharp. In fact, his hair is always sooooo sharp that my mother recently told me that I need to ensure I never miss a hairdresser appointment just to keep up with him. LOL!
But it’s not just the local men who are looking good. As you all know, in times past, it was the ladies who spent all the time in the mirror. Not necessarily so these days.
Local men are looking their best. BUT…at least they are paying for everything with their OWN MONEY. 
I’d like to know what on earth is going on with all these high profile men, in particular, getting caught using other people’s money while spending thousands of dollars on jewelry and other baubles?
I highlighted Thomas Weeks, Jr. a few days ago and discussed his perfectly manicured nails and waxed eyebrows. Heaven only knows where he gets the money for his upkeep.
Now we learn that Pastor John J. Hunter of California is in big trouble for spending $122,000 (+) on vacations, clothes, bikes, car supplies, jewelry and so on and so forth. He asked his church’s forgiveness for abusing their money. Yeah, right!
Then, down in Alabama, Mayor Larry Langford was arrested by the FBI for illegally receiving more than $236,000 worth of jewelry, clothes and so on.
As I said, watch out, ladies. These men out here are taking the spotlight on primping. LOL! But in all seriousness, it’s fine for a man to look his best with HIS OWN MONEY. The criminals are using other people’s money and that’s a problem.

I was just discussing this the other day. It appears society is trying to feminize men by calling them Metrosexuals. I hate it. I don’t want a feminine man who must get pedicures, manicures, tweezing or any of that.
As for some of the pastor’s spending money like water, many churches buy their pastors cars, furs, airplanes, you name it. I don’t understand it one bit. If he wants any of that he can buy it with his own money, not the churches.
One co-worker told me her church bought their pastor a Mercedes Sports Coupe!!! I asked her why? She said he deserved it. Yeah, right. This is the same pastor with an airplane that no one in the church is allowed to use. If you want to volunteer in the church you must fill out a prying questionaire and tell how much you tithe. You don’t tithe, you don’t work or volunteer in that church.
