Will Al Gore’s son—Al Gore III need to kill somebody before he is finally brought to justice? As I reported  a couple of weeks ago, the younger Gore has a consistent habit of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol at speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour.

Former Vice President Al Gore’s son pleaded guilty today to possessing marijuana and other drugs when he was caught speeding this month in Orange County, and he agreed to enter a nine-month drug-diversion program.

Al Gore III entered the plea at his arraignment before Judge Jacob Jager at a Laguna Niguel courthouse, according to senior Deputy Dist. Atty. Jaime Coulter. The plea can be withdrawn and the charges could eventually be dropped if he completes the program.

Gore pleaded guilty to two felony counts of drug possession, two misdemeanor counts of drug possession without a prescription and one misdemeanor count of marijuana possession, according to the district attorney’s office.

Although Al Gore, Jr. likes to give the company line that his son’s anti-social behavior is a “private family matter”, I beg to differ. If he is on private property which he owns and no other cars or pedestrians are in sight, I’d say, go on and drive as fast and as high and as drunk as you so choose. But the younger Gore is taking his drugging, drinking and speeding public.

Obviously drug rehabilitation programs are not working for him. He has entered such programs in the past—only to come out doing exactly what he always has done. That is, drinking, drugging, driving.

And so I ask again. Will Al Gore III need to kill innocent drivers or pedestrians before he is made to pay the piper in full for his misdeeds?
