I too have followed the whole sorry saga of Mayor Pimp Daddy and his harem…I agree that CB made some horrible choices and is now reaping the consequences of them but I can’t help but feel sorry for the woman especially since she now realizes that she was played like a piano by John Legend or Alicia Keys. She is really looking pitiful now…..hearing how he was sniffing after all these other women. I also started out feeling sorry for Carlita K. but I must say she is making my head spin…..that Negro would have to go, poof, be gone, vanish! I have to wonder if I were in her situation, would having small children be enough to keep me in that marriage-at some point, you have to save your dignity and your spirit-I hope that it is not “stuff”, “pseudo-prestige” keeping her there because she does not have a man for a husband, she has a little boy who never learned that the world was not made to satisfy his every desire. I hope she’s staying healthy because I don’t think he cares at all for her health or his for that matter.

and Diva, take care of your friend….although she is initially shocked into action, go girl, there will come a time when she experiences the hurt that all of this deceit has caused…….trusting that she will be alright…..hate hearing sisters go through nonsense like this…..

And funny that this article should appear today. A friend informed me that she just discovered her husband has a mistress and he apparently lied about visiting ‘relatives’ for Thanksgiving and was holed up with his mistress. She is in the process of setting his things outdoors, so he can take them back to the mistress’ when he returns to what USED to be his home.

Excellent advise for those women caught up in adultery, but sadly some are too proud of what they are doing to feel any shame or remorse.

I didn’t follow that series, the Real Housewives of Atlanta. I happened to catch 2 episodes of it though over the holiday weekend. There is this character on there who is not even a housewife, she is the mistress of a married man. She proudly boasts about the designer items she can buy with this man (and his wife’s) money.

She can’t say his name, because he is married and obviously is trying to keep the wife from knowing, even though she is publicly flaunting her relationship with this other woman’s husband on national television, so she calls him “Big Poppa.”

She ‘aspires’ to be a singer, but sadly can’t carry a tune and is content with living as a kept woman. It is rumored that somehow since the show aired, Big Poppa’s wife discovered what was going on and ended the relationship and Kim is apparently trying to find the next married sugar daddy to pick up and pamper her where Big Poppa left off.

What gets me is how can these women expect to ever have meaningful relationships in their lives when they publicly choose to live as the town whore? No self respecting man would ever commit to someone who was plastered all over the news and television as someone’s jump off…. especially if that woman was married herself, as the man will always wonder if she will cheat on him, just like she did her previous husband.
