Actress Heather Locklear has been through a great deal over the past two years with her husband cheating on her with a trusted friend [couldn't he at least have found someone she did not know?] and the divorce that followed.

She was arrested yesterday and the officer said she was under the influence of some type of prescription medication….or something.

Let’s hope she pulls herself together.
