This video is just shocking and appalling and a fine example of why some people should not bring children into this world.  This little boy stole his grandmother’s car and went on a joyride where he crashed into several cars and 2 mailboxes.  He slightly resembles my 6 year old nephew and if he ever got caught doing anything like this, I would so beat his behind.

You also have to wonder about the other 7 year old he was with when he stole his grandmother’s car.  He says that his friend smokes cigarettes and says “It’s fun to do bad stuff.”  Who is watching these children?  Where is a 7 year old getting cigarettes from?  What is going on with our future generations?

    LOL!

Deputy Diva has posted her first article, ya’ll

Go on with your bad self, girl!

could it be from the violent video games kids play nowadays and lack of parental supervision…I just don’t know what to say but if it was my child, he would get beat and I would probably have a “prison ministry!”

I have to wonder. His mother was only briefly mentioned and the video said that the grandmother had custody. God only knows if his mother is a drug addict and what he was exposed to in his young life to have already developed that type of mentality.

I just watched this on the news as I was preparing for work. One part that was not on the video is that when the 7 year old was asked why he did it he said that he wanted to do a “fast speed chase.” I found that odd. The fact that he knows about hoodrat stuff and high speed chases is just a bit much.

I liked what the grandmother said:”I’d woop his but if I didn’t think I would go to jail.”

It is obvious that the boy truly does not understand the seriousness of what he has done, for when asked what type of punishment he should receive, he replied “no video games.” He has equated this incident with something like getting bad grades in school.

I didn’t agree with the statement that the cops charged him so that they can get him in the system and therefore get him some help. I don’t know, it may be true however I believe that you can get that joker some help without charging him with “grand theft auto” at 7 years old!

At first I too thought that the cops might be a little too quick to put him in the system, but then when you analyze the situation, his parents are obviously not around. His grandmother is not able to adequately supervise him. He is incorrigible and uncontrollable at age 7 and he seems to have no sense of right or wrong. I got the impression that they hope to get through to him in a structured environment where there is some discipline and hopefully it might scare him straight in the process.

Seems like Grandma would have scared him straight!

I just saw the entire video. This boy actually is in dire need of counseling, as he is void of a conscience. He is in a dangerous position at this time. My guess: Drug baby

  8. gssmith says:

My guess too much T.V., video games, and negative role models.

  9. me93 says:

Oh my goodness, this is too much, I agree that he needs counseling but he needs a dip in oil(anointed and prayed over)and a bath in da BLOOD of Jesus. I blame the parents/guardian or whoever, its obvious that his life is outta control–look at his size. That’s why video games aren’t allowed in my house, my children know there are certain shows they aren’t allowed to watch(even on Disney and Nick)and they will let any other child who is at our house know, WE DON’T WATCH THAT!!!! They aren’t perfect (ages 9 & 7) they do wrong but are quickly corrected and have boundaries. Too many children today don’t have boundaries.
