The other shoe has dropped! Now I understand fully why it is that Juanita Bynum made that desperate “emergency” plea for $200,000 for a dog-gone “threshing floor”.
This clown is about to lose her $4.5 million dollar estate in Georgia. And while she boldly begged for $200,000 for a place to pray, check out all that’s on her property:
a. 7,487 square foot house
b. 6,748 square foot house
c. 1,366 square foot house
Would someone explain to me why it is that a woman who has no children needs a property with THREE houses on it?
And, would someone FURTHER explain to me why it is that with all that square footage, she is unable to find any space to pray; rather, she is begging for $200,000 for a “threshing” floor? Is she out of her mind?
She owes at this moment $32,007.56 in back property taxes, ya’ll. The property is scheduled to go on the auction block for nonpayment of taxes on November 6, 2007.
Question: What has she done with all that money she has earned over the years? Does she EVER pay any of her bills? Did all of her assets go into that $2 million wedding that she had a few years ago? If so, she is the biggest fool that has ever stepped foot on planet earth.
And check this out. Her ministry, Bynum Ministries, actually owns the property. But she owns the ministry and apparently her donations are down.
So…now it makes perfect sense as to why she made her desperate plea for that $200,000. I guarantee you that she has other debts that you and I are not yet aware of. But once creditors start going after her, it will all hit the fan.

Well the good news is that folk have not sent her their hard earned dollars for the “Threshing Floor”. She may have gotten some help from some folk had she been honest to begin with and said, “I need 39K to pay my tax debt, can you help a sister out”? At least she would have been honest.

AJ you were correct initially about the 39K. It is 32k in back taxes PLUS another 6k in interest and penalties as there are the 2006 unpaid taxes. I really think she should have kept a low profile in all of this mess. I have a feeling it is only going to become uglier as this drama continues to unfold.

first, the bad: Why can she just be straight with people as Lynn wrote. Just say I’am in debt and need 200,000 dollars. She bought the home in August 2006, and now just a little over a year later its being sold at auction. DID SHE EVER PAY TAXES ON THE HOUSE? Bynum braggs about all her businesses she has, the records shes sold, and how much she donates to charity, and you mean to tell me she doesnt have enough money to pay 32k tax on the home she just bought. PLEASE!!! Deceiption coming to light, I wonder how much Essence paid for her story?
Now the GOOD: Now she can truly give to the women of domestic violence. 3 houses on 20+ acres you could house several women and Mrs Bynum(she can have the threshing room). Her and Week Tommie are so much alike. Both ending their second marriage, neither knows the Bible and their both in debt. Maybe they’ll get back together…….HAHAHAHA I know I know, I cant stop laughing at myself either.

Yeah your right Bria, if only she was interested in truly helping those affected by Domestic Violence. This is domestic violence month and I have read a thing about her doing anything to address this for those women and children affected. What better month to address this as “The New Face of Domestic Violence” or whatever name she gave herself.
My how the mighty have fallen. She could probably hock some of that jewelry to pay the back taxes on that property. Then again, she probably doesn’t even own any of it outright. A lot of folks went to Atlanta and bought big houses that they could not afford which is why Atlanta has one of the highest foreclosure rates in the nation. This nutjob has been preaching prosperity and marital bliss while her own personal life didn’t reflect any of this. For shame.
I just wish this whole mess would go away! This “soap” stinks to the high heaven. What really makes me angry is that the world can only see this mess and not the good hard working Pastor who really cares for the people. I am not “Hatin” cause ole girl has money or anything like that. Rappers have it so why not the preacher. But money management is the key!

She can spend 5000.00 for an ink pen to sign her “million dollar contracts” (quoted word for word from one of her seminars.) but can’t pay 32,007.00 for back taxes? The woman is spritually corrupt and morally bankrupt. Look at her videos on You Tube for Bynum saying that quote I used and other unholy acts.
